Nelle Thompson's approach to working through strategies provides her clients with confidence in having her lead all phases of a relocation project or the purchase of a new building. Nelle's role on the team is to focus the majority of her time on representing tenants as well as owner/users, and locating build-to-suit opportunities for her clients.
She joined the brokerage side of the business after being Director of Marketing for CB Richard Ellis – Northwest Region. Having managed and executed marketing plans for 15 offices and hundreds of brokers and clients, it is clear that Nelle has a rare understanding of the brokerage business – inside and out.
