As a Partner of Chesapeake Real Estate Group, Neil is involved in ownership, development and brokerage activities. He participates in acquisition, disposition and development of Chesapeake projects. Neil is also a licensed retail broker, representing Chesapeake Real Estate owned properties. Neil has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with a primary focus in retail development but is also involved in land, industrial, office and urban mixed use redevelopment projects.
Neil is the managing member and lead developer for the Shops at Arundel Preserve, a new main street retail development in Anne Arundel County.
Prior to joining Chesapeake, Neil was the senior member of CB Richard Ellis Retail Services Group. During his tenure at CB Richard Ellis, Neil was recognized as the number one agent twice, ranked number one among retail specialists for 10 years. Neil is a partner in several Chesapeake projects, including retail, industrial, and land developments and he continues to be a principal in additional residential and commercial projects developed prior to joining Chesapeake.
