Neil Skelton began his real estate career with The Hausman Companies in 1998. His prior experiences in the retail industry and in trade show marketing on behalf of various clients has given him insight and hands-on developmental training now serving the needs of land owners, landlords, and retail tenants.
Neil is currently working with landlords in the leasing of space, developers in their acquisition of land, owners in the strategic disposition of real estate assets, and with retailers in their searches for acceptable locations. Particular emphasis is being applied to such efforts in small and moderate sized markets surrounding the major metropolitan areas of northern Ohio.
An Air Force veteran, Neil is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration.
