In September 2006, Neil Schmid opened the brokerage firm of Cirrus Commercial Realty Services, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD. Neil is the broker/owner and has completed over 500 commercial sales or lease transaction sides worth more than $90 million in transaction volume since 2000.
With over 36 years of professional experience in business ownership, management, real estate investment, and development, Neil has acquired and sold dozens of businesses and properties during this time.
An active pilot with an exceptionally strong analytical and financial background, Neil has an MBA from the University of South Dakota and is the former Chairman of the Sioux Falls Regional Airport Authority.
