For a buyer, he will make time to search and show them properties specific to them, including those listed by other real estate firms. For a seller, he’ll conduct two (2) open houses on weekends within the first 30 days and will always keep them updated on activity for their listing. He’s a North Carolina native, lives on Oak Island with his family, and was initially licensed in 1995. He has an MBA from Campbell University and more than 20 years of experience negotiating with the largest and most powerful retailers in the world.
