Bio
Real estate is in Negar’s blood. As the daughter of a successful local East Bay real estate broker, she grew up spending her weekends at open houses and learning the ropes of the business. She received her BA in interior architecture from San Francisco State, started as her mother’s assistant in 2003 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2005.
Since then she has used her deep roots in both design and real estate to successfully handle over 350 transactions and $275 million in sales with her team. They have achieved many accolades over the years and have consistently been a top producing team for over a decade.
In 2017, Negar propelled herself into the top 5% of agents in the entire East Bay by volume and is now a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation given to only the top 3% of all agents Nationwide. She is also a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), offering more expertise to those who fall into the 55 or older generations.
Negar brings a unique level of expertise, warmth and humor to every relationship and transaction, both with her clients and colleagues. Beyond her youthful energy and comfort with technology and social media, she offers a unique point of view and “out-of-the- box” thinking to every transaction. She approaches each client and circumstance with an individualized perspective while ensuring that she delivers results with integrity, tenacity and efficiency.
With almost two decades of experience as an active and successful residential and commercial real estate agent, Negar brings a unique perspective to her role as a sales manager at Red Oak Realty. She is eager to collaborate and share her insight with her fellow co-workers.
Negar resides in the El Cerrito Hills with her husband and three beautiful children. She is extremely active within her community, sits on the Advisory Committee at Red Oak, volunteers at her childrens’ schools, and is affiliated with various local executive boards throughout the East Bay.
