Neal Worden began his career in commercial real estate in 1986, after completion of a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University with a concentration in real estate. His primary emphasis is in the valuation of all types of real estate throughout Northeastern Indiana thru The Worden Group, Inc. Presently he specializes in the valuation of complex easement rights and right of way acquisition for a variety of clients including cities, counties, attorneys, and courts.
Additionally, he provides real estate consulting, advisory, sales, and leasing services for a variety of properties throughout Northeastern Indiana. This includes retail, warehousing, manufacturing, office facilities, as well as investment transactions for a variety of clients including owners, investors, attorneys, tenants and even brokers.
