Neal Victor is part of a 35-member team focusing on institutional multifamily sales, land development sales, structured equity finance and private capital sales throughout the State of Florida.
With two decades of multifamily development, operations, and brokerage experience, Mr. Victor has participated in the sale, marketing and consulting of over $20 billion of multifamily and land assignments representing over 100,000 units.
Prior to joining CBRE, Neal Victor served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Fort Lauderdale office. Specializing in the valuation and analysis of a wide range of investment properties, Mr. Victor has developed keen technical skills and an attention to detail that assist the team in the successful execution of assignments.
Mr. Victor also worked as a Financial Analyst for Equity Residential, where he assisted in multifamily acquisitions across the southeast US
