Hi there, my name is Nathan (Nate) Krause and I am a Realtor based in Cayuga County. I am a family man at heart and enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, including my niece and nephews as well as my fiancé and her wonderful children.
With over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, I take pride in being a top-producing agent. I specialize in selling regular residential homes, lakefront properties, vacation homes, and vacant lands to meet the needs of different clients.
While my primary focus is on Cayuga County properties, I also cover the surrounding areas of Otisco, Skaneateles, and Seneca Lake. I have a strong network of professionals, including bankers, home inspectors, lawyers, and contractors that I work with and recommend to my clients.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, golfing, hunting, fishing, and gardening. I am also an avid pickleball player and enjoy woodworking.
I share a real estate office with my father, who has been my mentor throughout my career. I am a proud member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 1107 and have served as a past vice president and coach for South Cayuga Little League.
As a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Central New York MLS, and Green Resource Council, I stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
