As a founding Principal of the Lee & Associates DFW office in December 2005, Nathan Denton specializes in leasing and selling industrial facilities, with a primary focus on bulk warehouse and business distribution buildings. Mr. Denton represents owners and users of industrial properties throughout Dallas/Fort Worth Area, having completed transactions throughout the United States. Clients range from local and regional firms to national and international companies. Mr. Denton has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas Tech and he makes his commercial real estate career with Lee & Associates DFW.
Nathan is a highly motivated and result-driven professional with a well-rounded background in industrial/office real estate. He has excellent industry knowledge and broad business acumen. He has a proven history of identifying client objectives, setting aggressive goals and defining direction to perform to the highest level. One of his most valuable strengths is communicating with a wide range of industry professionals and his open communication style enables him to develop and maintain long-term relationships. Nathan has negotiated over one hundred twenty-five commercial lease and sale transactions and has represented prominent clients.
Since the start of Nathan's career he has been recognized as a "Top Gun" in the Under 35 category of the Black's Guide and was a Top Ten Producer several times with his previous company, Henry S. Miller Commercial. Nathan is also a Partner of a group called "Movers and Shakers of Dallas/Fort Worth", which hosts an annual golf tournament that benefits The National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
