Nathaly (pronounced “Natalie”) was transferred to Joint Base Lewis McChord, formerly Fort Lewis when she was 8 years old. Nathaly has lived and worked in and around the Pierce County area for the last 30 years. Nathaly attended school in the Clover Park School District. Starting third grade at Carter Lake Elementary, then Woodbrook Junior High, Nathaly finally graduated from Clover Park High School. Nathaly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Puget Sound (UPS – not to be confused with the United Parcel Service). Nathaly began her career as an Accountant after graduating college, until she realized that she did not want her children raised by daycare. Because of her love of architecture, Nathaly fell into a real estate career. Being a realtor has given Nathaly the flexibility to create her own schedule and her passion to help home buyers and home sellers through the emotional ups and downs has kept her in the business since 1998. Nathaly has a strong work ethic and believes learning is a lifelong pursuit. Enrolling in real estate continuing education courses on a regular basis to ensure Nathaly is knowledgeable about current trends and legal issues in the real estate market, has resulted in her obtainment of the following Real Estate certifications:
