Nate Paul is the Founder, Chairman, President, and CEO of World Class. Mr. Paul formed World Class in 2007 and today the company is one of the nation’s largest privately-owned real estate owners.
Mr. Paul is the sole owner of World Class. He is also the owner of Great Value Storage, one of the nation’s largest self-storage companies.
Over the years, Mr. Paul has received numerous honors for his business, civic, and philanthropic activities. He has been recognized by Forbes Magazine in their “30 under 30” list, and by Real Estate Forum Magazine on the “50 Under 40” list of top real estate professionals. Mr. Paul’s philanthropic efforts have focused on youth, education, healthcare, and conservation.
Mr. Paul is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association, NAREIT, NAIOP, ACG, TEXPERS, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the Turnaround Management Association.
