Raised in Miami, Florida, Nate has been in Austin for over 20 years. He's knowledgeable about the Austin real estate market and understands aspects of the construction and permitting process. In part, he gained his construction knowledge when he and his wife moved to East Austin, where they rehabbed a 1920’s bungalow. They did 90% of the work themselves. It was a “down to the studs” rehab that resulted in moved walls, new electric, new plumbing, almost new everything; yet, they did their best to keep the original charm of the home by utilizing the existing materials in a creative way. The end result was outstanding! He enjoys helping his clients build wealth through real estate by being their real estate consultant. His certifications include; Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) expert. Beyond the sale, he is always available to answer real estate questions for his clients, and their family, friends, colleagues. Nate likes helping people throughout their real estate journey, and offering guidance as needed in regards to the Texas real estate process.
