Nate has over 21 years of economic development experience and provides economic development services, site selection, economic incentives, financial advisory, and infrastructure finance services to communities, companies, developers, and organizations. His background includes roles as an investment banker and leader at JobsOhio, the Ohio Department of Development, and the Cleveland Port Authority.
