Nancy Wluka, a principal of Wluka Real Estate Corporation, has more than thirty-eight years of experience in leasing and selling retail, office, and industrial real estate. She represents buyers as a Buyer's Agent and assists sellers in listing, marketing, leasing, buying, and selling properties for individual and corporate clients, franchisers, franchisees, and shopping center developers.
Ms. Wluka is a graduate of the New England School of Art, Boston, and has completed continuing education courses in real estate and art.
In 1993 and 1994, as a licensed auctioneer, she consulted Kennedy Wilson, a national commercial and residential real estate auction company. Ms. Wluka assessed and photographed properties, coordinated real estate brokers in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts, gathered, organized, and processed information for due diligence marketing brochures, provided customer service, mediated relationships and negotiations between buyers and sellers, and represented properties at auctions and post-auction sales. Auction properties were offered by Shawmut Bank, Bank of Boston, FDIC, Midland Loan Services in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and New Hampshire.
Ms. Wluka has provided real estate services and locations to Diet Workshop of Boston in over a dozen locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and several sites for Dunkin' Donuts as a Buyer's Agent, as well as traditional brokerage. Among other national clients are Honey Baked Ham, North Atlantic Kenworth, Mailbox Etc., and TCBY (see transaction list).
She has represented shopping center developers in leasing and creating marketing programs, industrial property owners in sales and leasing transactions, landowners in marketing and sales, residential condominium developers in marketing and sales, and buyers and tenants in pursuing locations for their businesses. She has also worked with restaurant and convenience store owners in selling businesses.
Ms. Wluka is a past Director of the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors and is affiliated with the Commercial Leasing Industrial Committee (CLIC), Multiple Listing Service, LoopNet, and Costar.
