Bio
After earning an MBA in finance and Investments from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY, Nancy had extensive business experience in Wall Street investment banking companies, where she analyzed and valued securities investments of public and privately held companies for corporate and institutional clients. After a successful career in securities investments, when others her age were planning retirement, Nancy enrolled in Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute, where she completed a two year program specializing in real estate studies.
