Nancy Klauschie serves as a Market Consultant and provides a wide range of brokerage services in all types of commercial real estate. She is a licensed salesperson in the state of Nebraska.
Before joining Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group, Ms. Klauschie was a Sales Associate for another Omaha real estate firm, where she completed a wide variety of commercial brokerage deals.
Before entering the field of real estate in early 2005, Ms. Klauschie spent 25 years in the insurance industry. Most recently, she served as Underwriting Manager for Zurich North America in Omaha. She has also worked as an underwriter for Omaha-based National Indemnity Company.
