As Carrier Sotheby's International Realty's "Top Sales Achiever", she is the only Carrier Sotheby's International Realty agent to receive NJAR's Circle of Excellence award consecutively since 1992, with the last four years being in the silver category. Carrier Sotheby's International Realty recognized Nancy as "2005/2006 Salesperson of the Year”.
