Nancy Aynehchi has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2004. Through her years in Real Estate, she has experienced both Seller’s and Buyer’s markets and she is confident that she can offer the best possible strategies to help Buyers and Sellers meet their goals in finding their dream homes!
Nancy earned her Business Degree in Accounting and Management from Cal State Fullerton, which compliments to her Real Estate business skills. Prior to her career in Real Estate, she was a Business Professor at Phillips Junior College in Los Angeles County, CA from 1992 through 1996 and an Accounting Manager at Prolux in Dana Point, CA from 1996 through 2004.
Since joining First Team Real Estate, she has constantly negotiated multi-million-dollar contracts and exceeded yearly revenue quotas for the company. She has also established and maintained a major presence in the Luxury Real Estate Sales Division of First Team Real Estate, and I am proudly affiliated with Christie’s International Real Estate.
Knowing that her clients’ experience is the most important, she continuously revises and develops her marketing plans to cater to the specific needs of Sellers and Buyers. She understands that experience matters and always thrive to deliver the best service for my clients.
