He is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a professional certificate awarded to qualifying members of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) of the National Association of Realtors.<br>As educationally adept as he is experienced, Nader holds a Degree in Computer Science and his knowledge in computers has always kept him one step ahead of his competitors. Prior to working as a real estate agent, Nader used to work in the office of Academic Computing at UCLA.<br>Nader lives in Tarzana with his wife, Mahshid, and their two children, Diana and Jason. Mahshid is a devoted mother and wife as well as a Doctor of Pharmacy.
