Morgan Richey joined Newmark in 2019 and currently serves as a Director under Vice Chairman Thad Mallory, SIOR and Senior Managing Director Taylor Hoff, SIOR in the firm’s Bellevue, Washington, office. Morgan specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in Pierce County and Thurston County.
Prior to Newmark, Morgan was with Ryan Companies, US and served as a construction project engineer.
