Monica began her Tenant Representation career at Trammell Crow Company, a national full service real estate firm, in 2002. She joined CRESA Partners in 2004 where she continued to exclusively represent Tenants on a local and national basis. Monica was instrumental in the formation of PartnersAtlanta and spent several years building the company. In 2013, she joined Colliers International as Vice President in the Office Services Group. In 2020, she joined Avison Young as Vice President, Agency Leasing. She specializes in representing corporate clients with renewals / renegotiations, expansions, dispositions, and relocations. Her business experience and background contribute to her creative approach at aligning her clients’ business goals and objectives with their real estate strategy.
Monica graduated Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a BBA, Marketing and Professional Sales.
She's affiliated with Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Golden Key International Honour Society, and Dana G. Smith Foundation - Board Member, and she was in 2005-2010 Million Dollar Club.
