Monica is responsible for the operation of the office and supporting the team in providing the best service to our clients.
Some of the many tasks performed by Monica include; assisting the agents in completion of their assignments, creating & distributing marketing materials, maintaining content of online marketing materials, performing general bookkeeping & expense reporting, supply inventory control, project tracking and scheduling.
Previously Monica has worked as an administrative assistant at University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington. She brings extensive experience and excellence in customer service to the NAI Elite team.
Monica completed 2 years of Undergraduate education at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. She has completed her Connecticut Real Estate Certification. Monica is continuing her education at a collegiate level by achieving Presidents List Status and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society membership while obtaining her RN Degree.
