Monica Humphrey is proud to call herself a resident, local expert, and local Realtor. She, her husband, and their three children reside in Eagle Springs, right in the middle of their hometowns, Kingwood and Humble. Monica is active in her community, teaches Sunday school at her church, and is the President of the PTO at her children's school. Monica realizes that buying and selling a home and investment property is an important financial decision. Her goal is to help guide her clients as questions arise and big choices must be made while protecting their finances. Monica's background in buying and negotiating contracts for Boeing on the F-22 fighter jets has served her well in helping to write up seamless contracts, understand contracts, and negotiate deals for her clients both on the buy and the sell side.
