Bio
Monica is originally from Louisiana where she grew up on a small horse
ranch. Once she moved to Texas, Monica entered a career on the civilian side of
law enforcement as well as horse training. Early on, Monica began to
understand her true passion was helping others. This fueled a deep interest in the
real estate industry. In 2006, Monica began her real estate career. While building
her business, she continued her education and gained her Texas real estate broker’s
license in 2014. Monica was continually recognized in the top 5% of a national
brokerage before venturing out and opening her own brokerage in 2016.
Monica owns and operates Wofford Realty with a hand-picked group of elite
agents who offer residential, commercial, and ranch real estate services. Monica
says that her favorite part of her job is handing over the keys; whether to a
homeowner, business owner, or rancher, knowing that she has just been a part of a
perfect matchup. She treats her clients as family and works hard to direct them
through every step of the process. With her, you will always know that you are part
of a team that cares about you and your needs
Monica resides in North Richland Hills and is blessed with two amazing
children. Her daughter attends Texas A&M University and her son attends Richland High
School where she often volunteers her time. Monica’s home is always full of pets,
friends, and laughter.
