Mitch Cramp is a Vice President at CBRE with over 23 years of brokerage and development experience throughout Metro Vancouver, Vancouver Island and the Okanagan region. Mitch focusses on the disposition and acquisition of multi-family and mixed-use development sites and has completed numerous large-scale and complex transactions. His interpretation of market trends and understanding client objectives have created exceptional value for Mitch’s clients.
Mitch began his career with CBRE in 1995 and quickly established himself as a valuable member of the Vancouver industrial group and was consistently one of the group’s top producers.
Since 2004, Mitch has focused on the acquisition and disposition of development sites throughout Metro Vancouver, including in-house land acquisitions for one of the region’s largest multi-family developers, as well as operating his own brokerage firm specializing in development land sales.
