Living working and playing here in Sussex County Delaware since 1979. I have owned business here as well as raised a family. I've been a beach bum and a redneck . I can tell you its an awesome place to be. I grew up on the Nanticoke river just outside of Bethel Delaware. My family has always been involved in real estate as well as construction and development. I spent alot of time at the closing tables as a kid. Watching this area grow over the last 20 years has been exciting to see, All the new faces and the opportunity that it brings make this little spot on the map a destination and a home for many. Living life here on the shore you will realize some things. Sometimes you have to slow down to get ahead. There is something about our beaches that you cannot duplicate anywhere in the world.
