Mitchell H. Zatz is a Managing Director for the Denver Logistics & Industrial Services group. With more than 25 years of experience, Mitchell specializes in delivering industrial real estate solutions for corporate occupiers, including major retail and e-commerce clients such as Lowe’s, Karcher, Restoration Hardware, and Whirlpool. He also specializes in institutional leased properties, corporate services, user and investment dispositions and acquisitions of industrial properties
Mr. Zatz is currently involved with the following organizations: SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, NAIOP – National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, CSCMP – Member of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Children’s Hospital – annual participant in the Courage Classic fundraiser, DMCAR – Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS®, President-Elect.
Mr. Zatz is very active with the Jewish Family Services, serving on the Board of the Midor Ledor Committee for the past 3 years. He was president of a 96-unit Home Owners Association for 2 years and sat on the board for 5 years. For 8 years, Mr. Zatz has volunteered his time as an instructor at the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) teaching the disabled to ski and participate in winter and summer sports. He has raised over $200,000 with the support of his colleagues for The Ski for NSCD charity event. Mr. Zatz was elected in 2008 to the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Association of Commercial Realtors.
