Bio
Mitch Trevey is an award-winning expert in brokerage and development, highly sought-after by the area’s most discerning clients. As the founder and Managing Director of Trevey Land and Commercial with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and land development, Mitch combines his knowledge, passion, and expertise in the industry with a vast array of strategic resources to deliver results in the rapidly growing and changing Denver area market.
Whatever the task at hand – be it purchasing land for development or participating in the sales and leasing of commercial properties – he paves the way for his client’s success by taking the time to understand their needs. Mitch’s loyal following of repeat and referral clientele is perhaps the most apt illustration of his reputation. Those who elect Mitch’s representation can expect a first-class experience defined by honesty, attention to detail, effective communication and hard work.
Before entering commercial real estate and development, Mitch and his brother successfully built a national food distribution company with operations in 7 states and over 50 employees. Business was established one client at a time, with a focus on excellent customer service, repeat business, and putting the client’s needs first. That mission of people before profit is at the heart of Trevey Land and Commercial’s business model and makes the company unique in the industry.
Among other distinctions, Mitch is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), the Denver South Economic Development Partnership (DSEDP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served as President of the Parker Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board and then the Director for the Economic Development Council, and on the Operating Council for Parker Core Knowledge Charter School.
Outside of work, you’ll rarely find Mitch indoors. He enjoys mountain biking and the countless outdoor activities that abound in Colorado with his four sons and loving wife Amy. He is a Christian and member of Calvary Chapel in Parker, relying on his strong faith for continued guidance in an ever-changing society.
