For more than 23 years, Misty has had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Her passion for this industry has driven her to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge that she puts into every transaction. As a licensed Realtor since 2001, she has developed a reputation as a consummate professional, committed to making every transaction as smooth and seamless as possible.
As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), she is among the most elite agents in the country, equipped with the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents. Additionally, her expertise extends to distressed and bank-owned properties as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR). For buyer clients, she is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) who will serve as an advocate with advanced training and experience. As a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), she has spent over 16 years helping clients buy and sell beach homes in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. And with her Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation, she is a master at negotiations, working tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for her clients.
