In 1977, Miriam moved from Uruguay to New York City. In New York, she owned and managed, New York Double Decker Tours, the first double decker sightseeing tour bus company in Manhattan. After winning numerous awards and selling her company, Miriam moved to Florida where she became a licensed Real Estate agent.
