A member of the Stowers & Company team is Milton A. Dortch, who in his role advises a broad range of clients as it pertains to commercial real estate and related issues. Throughout his distinguished career, he has arranged transactions and consulted with some of the nation’s most prominent corporate clients, both public and private, in the fields of commercial real estate and logistics including all facets of both on and off-shore manufacturing. He is a trusted real estate advisor to senior executives, business owners and entrepreneurs. By leveraging his diverse experience and relationships in the commercial real estate industry Milton is able to deliver customized real estate solutions that allow his clients to meet their business objectives in a strategic and cost-effective manner. He volunteers as a Board Member for the East Cobb YMCA, serves as a Board Member representing Post 5 of the Gateway Marietta Community Improvement District, is a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and is a Founding Member of their Diversity and Inclusion Council, and is on the Community Resources Committee for Atlanta Regional Commission and will participate in their Regional Leadership Institute. He is an avid gardener and Atlanta Botanical Garden member as well as a competitive rower for Atlanta Rowing Club. As a rower he works with army veterans and disabled persons so that they too can enjoy the sport and the outdoors.
