Milt Reimers joined CBRE, Inc. in 1974. He specializes in the coordination of Corporate Real Estate Services involving the sale/acquisition and leasing of industrial and office properties. During his tenure at CBRE, Mr. Reimers has been involved in building sales and leases totaling over 30 million square feet. Mr. Reimers has served as an advisor to developers, as well as tenants, in purchasing or leasing buildings. In addition, he has been directly involved in lease renegotiations, relocations, development, consolidation, build-to-suits and investment sales.
Most recently, Mr. Reimers has been responsible for two major projects: Panattoni Development Company and Davis Property & Investment. Panattoni has two developments which totaled over 60 acres of land with approximately 750,000 square feet of speculative distribution. Mr. Reimers was a critical part of the design and leasing and selling of all four buildings. In each case, the buildings were fully leased at pro-forma rents within six months of the completion of construction.
