Bio
After studying Business Administration at Algonquin College, Milkan's path led her to real estate. “Helping people is something that’s always been a part of me”.
Milkan's previous experience as a real estate receptionist for 3 years allowed her to start developing real estate skills. Milkan’s ability to build relationships and systematic efficiency led her to expanded opportunities, as Operations and Marketing Manager for several top producing Ottawa real estate teams.
Milkan spent the next two years effectively marketing seller's homes using key concepts like timing, product, price, place, promotion, communication and negotiation. After mastering these skills, Milkan felt it was time to take a leap of faith and founded Happy Homes Ottawa in 2018 - a real estate company that is immensely focused on helping people gain financial freedom through buying, selling and investing in property.
