Michael Valentine, Broker for Commercial Properties Group, has been in real estate brokerage for over thirty four years with the last twenty four almost exclusively South of the river. He has an extensive background in lease and sale transactions and deals on a regular basis with industrial real estate.
As a developer of real estate Michael has ownership interest in more than 100,000 square feet of office, specialized distribution, and warehouse buildings and he is currently developing a multi unit office condo project near the “Heart of Burnsville”. Michael also has over thirty years of property management experience. As a broker, over the last four years Michael has sold seven properties for a variety of principals ranging from $460,000 to more than $2,000,000 dollars.
