Mike has been practicing Real Estate since 1995 and Property Management since 1981. Mike specializes in sales and leasing of commercial, industrial, and retail properties, as well large residential subdivisions. He brings accounting experience and over 22 years of Retail Management experience to the Adams Companies. Mike is a member of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors and Rotary International. He is also a Partner and Co-developer of The Trex Center in Winchester, and a Partner and Co-developer of Berkley Gateway in Martinsburg, WV. Currently, Mike is a Partner in the development of “North River Square” shopping center in Front Royal, VA. Among Mike’s numerous successes from 2006-2008, he successfully brokered the sale of Royal Palace Cleaners, Arbor Court, the pad site for Virginia Savings Bank in Stephens City, VA, the 1950s Diner, Pine Hills Golf Course, the leasing of the Apple Federal Credit Union building, and the sale of the commercial site for Gas Mart at Blue Ridge Shadows.
