Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Pittman was Vice President of Real Estate at Urban Partnerships Community Development Corporation (UP CDC), a 501(c)3 non-profit real estate development firm, where he oversaw acquisition, leasing, and real estate development for the company's real estate owned assets including the $38 million redevelopment of the East End Maker Hub, a 300,000-square-foot incubator for high-tech manufacturing, medical and life science, and fabrication companies.
