C. Michael Pactor is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 15 years of experience in Real Estate. In addition to retail property management and project leasing in North Texas, he provides services in tenant, buyer and seller representation.
As a Real Estate Broker, he has assisted landlords, national and local tenants, buyers, sellers and investors in acquisitions, dispositions, real estate counseling and broker opinions of value. Project assignments have included leasing and management of 500,000 +/- square feet of retail, industrial and office space.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin and prior to a real estate career, he was in the seafood industry for 18 years as a Plant Superintendent with responsibilities in managing and scheduling 300 +/- employees in development and processing of seafood plus overseeing processing facilities in Mexico.
