Mike Milic is a Sr. Vice President with Orion Investment Real Estate and holds an associate broker’s license. Mike specializes primarily in tenant and buyer representation and investment sales for office and industrial properties. He has 12 years ownership and construction management experience and more than 30 years of office and industrial real estate brokerage.
Mike has leased over five million square feet and completed more than $600 million in transactions.
Clients include Leukemia Society of America, Lojack Corporation, MASCO Corporation, Metropolitan Life, Motorola, Roadway Express, Ryan Companies, US, Inc., TNT Canada, Blue Cross Blue Shield, General Motors Corporation, Eckerd-Brooks RX/Group PJC, Atlas Cold Storage, DR Horton, Inc., and Apollo Group (University of Phoenix).
Mike joined Colliers in 1990 in its Montreal, Canada office. He left Colliers in 1993 to open his own brokerage firm. In 1996, Mike moved to Phoenix and was a vice president with Core-Jackson/Core Realty Advisors until returning to Colliers in 2002 up until 2024, when he moved to Orion.
Mike was with Core/Jackson & Core Realty Partners – ONCOR International in Phoenix from 1996 to 2002, where he was Vice President-Office & Industrial, Partner, ONCOR Manager, and Designated Broker. Prior to moving to Phoenix in 1996, Mike was president and designated broker with Previa Investments, Inc., in Montreal from 1993 to 1996. He was with Colliers in Montreal from 1990 to 1993. From 1980-1990, Mike was VP-Operations of a construction firm that built buildings across the United States.
