Bio
Mike has been with the firm for in excess of 30 years having spent a substantial part of his career on the Wirral, where he was previously based.
Originally a Partner in the overall firm and a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Mike had a spell trading on his own account, but re-joined Beresford Adams Commercial as a consultant in 2004.
Mike is extensively involved in professional work matters, also being a Registered Valuer and with a particular interest in dilapidations, where he is a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum.
In addition to a busy professional life Mike is a keen sailor and hill walker.
