Mike has advocated for his clients on over 8.5 million square feet of real estate transactions, including new and restructured leases, property acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit projects. He is a skilled negotiator who ensures leases meet Vestian’s high standards of quality and align with his client’s strategic goals. Prior to joining Vestian in 2016, Mike led the Industrial Brokerage team at Savills Studley. Mike spent his early career at CBRE. He has successfully represented clients such as Nissan, Boeing, Caterpillar, and Georgia Pacific. Mike is a proven mentor of top talent and serves a leader within Vestian. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa. Now in 2023 Mike has began his career with Circa as a Executive Managing Director.
