Mike Lotterhos manages and oversees the finance, accounting, and asset management operations for Davis Moore Capital and its related entities. In addition, he is active in sourcing healthcare real estate acquisition/development opportunities for the firm and providing strategic real estate consulting services to hospitals and independent healthcare practices.
Prior to joining Davis Moore, Mike worked in public accounting, advising commercial developers on numerous projects in areas such as equity structuring, debt placement and tax reduction. Mike started his real estate career at Corporate Realty Advisors which was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2007. While there he advised numerous corporate and healthcare clients on their real estate transactions.
Mike holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Kenan-Flagler Business School and an undergraduate degree in Finance from North Carolina State University. Mike is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and currently serves as a board member and treasurer for both the North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation and The Magellan Charter School. He is a native of Greenville, NC and resides in Raleigh with his wife Holly and their children James and Jack.
