Bio
Mike Lin specializes in representing buyers and sellers of retail investment properties. Prior to joining Progressive, Mike was a broker at NAI Capital in Irvine, CA, where he focused on the retail market as a landlord and tenant representative. Before becoming a commercial real broker, Mike was a real estate investor, with experience in property management, residential investment, and flipping houses in Orange County. Throughout his career, Mike has worked for multinational corporations such as Nestle PowerBar, Prudential, and Computer Sciences Corporation. His ingenuity and previous experience in multiple companies enables Mike to become more versatile and adept to the commercial real estate industry. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is the Co-President of the Duke Alumni Club of Orange County. Mike is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and lives in Tustin, CA with his wife and son.
