Mike Drummey has been a real estate salesperson since 2015. He specializes in the leasing and sale of commercial and retail space. In that time, he has generated over $350,000 in total fees, closing more than 16 deals during the most challenging NYC retail market in several years. He has worked on behalf of both local and national tenants including Lowe’s, Orange Theory, AutoZone, Tribeca Pediatrics, Dollar Tree, and others. His deal portfolio has spanned four of the five boroughs of NYC.
Previously, Mike has worked to take charge of a retail leasing division, supervising and advising a team of brokers on all aspects of retail leasing requirements. He also has extensive experience in identifying and pursuing purchase and sale opportunities for 1031 buyers.
Mike currently lives in Queens, and in his spare time is an avid fan of Boston sports and enjoys exploring the NYC food scene.
