Bio
With 25+ years of successful real estate sales, Mike Dinella is experienced in all types of markets and market conditions. As a lifelong resident of the Collingswood & Haddonfield New Jersey area, he has accumulated exceptional knowledge of the homes, local communities, and their many amenities. It's the type of "boots on the ground intel" you won't be able to google online.
Mike's business philosophy revolves around recognizing that buying or selling a home is likely the single largest financial decision his clients will make. His fiduciary responsibility is their best interest, and he believes they deserve the best service possible. Real Estate is not a part-time interest to Mike, it's his profession, and his personal commitment to excellence is a vital part of his business plan. He makes several commitments to his clients, including ensuring they understand all the steps involved before they happen, promptly returning calls and emails, keeping them informed of any changes or activities immediately, and striving to understand their point of view and represent it fully in all negotiations.
In addition to his real estate experience, Mike has a background in local government and community involvement. He served as a Borough Councilman and Vice Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Boards in Barrington, where he worked with a team of local government officials and other professionals to redevelop a long-blighted area along the White Horse Pike. This effort resulted in the establishment of businesses such as a super Wawa, Chick Fil A, and a national chain family casual dining restaurant, creating over a hundred jobs and generating additional revenues for the town.
Furthermore, Mike served on the Executive Committee for the Collingswood High School Athletic Hall of Fame during its early years, leveraging his networking skills and business acumen to help the foundation grow and expand. Today, the CHS Hall of Fame provides over $73,000 in college scholarships annually.
