Education & Professional Experience: I have a AA Degree in Criminal Justice at Bismarck State College. Various Real Estate courses with national instructors from ProSource and the Council of Residential Specialists.
I have 30 years experience in the remodeling of homes, 21 years in law enforcement & 10 years in sales.
Outside Interests: I enjoy the Remodeling of old houses, golf, reading, hunting and fishing.
Personal Information: I have been married for 37 wonderful years to the same great woman. We have 3 magnificent children & 8 wonderful grandchildren.
About Mike: I have been a licensed Realtor since 2003. We moved to the Bismarck/Mandan area in 1981.1 have an AA degree in Criminal Justice and worked on the Bismarck Police Dept. for 7 years as a patrolman. During that time I got to know the city very well. I’ve watched ii burst at the seams as it expanded in all directions. The rural Growth has been especially phenomenal. My wife and I have purchased several homes, remodeled and sold them. Some required minor touchups, others full scale tear down and rebuilding, this we did on our own or hired the experts in those fields we didn’t feel comfortable in. This has give” me a good insight into the different styles and types of construction. With this experience, I am able to look at a home and see what it can be verses what it is. I enjoy the opportunity of working with people as they look for a new home or to help them sell their existing one. I have over 20 years of public service in law enforcement. I have served on school boards, church committees, and city commissions. I am a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, a national real estate organization, Lions International, the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars (life member) and the Knights of Columbus.
