Mike Berkowitz (“Berko”) joined Entre Commercial Realty in 2017 after the successful sale of an industrial portfolio that he developed over the previous 30+ years. Mike brings over 30 years of experience in the development, construction, financing, leasing and management of commercial properties in the metro-Chicago area. He personally syndicated and developed over 40 industrial properties, multiple medical office buildings, mobile home parks and various other commercial properties throughout his career. He also oversees the management of several industrial and office condominium associations in suburban Chicago.
Mike is also the President of Berkowitz Enterprises, an industrial and office syndication, development and management company in suburban Chicago.
Mike now leverages his vast experience and knowledge to help Entre’s clients in the leasing, sales, management and development of their business and investment real estate.
Mike is a native of Queens, New York, received his B.S. in Education from Indiana State University and is an avid Yankees fan. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
