I LOVE helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate ambitions! I am very much a “people person,” and truly enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better, and helping them in any way I can.<br />I adore assisting buyers in negotiating the best price for their dream homes, and I relish aiding my sellers in obtaining the best possible price when selling their properties. I give every client the royal treatment.<br />First licensed in 1977, I knew that real estate would be my ultimate life’s work. I furthered my education at UCLA and obtained my MBA in Accounting and Finance. I also achieved my CPA license. <br />My primary focus is on South Orange County, with major emphasis on Laguna Niguel and Rancho Santa Margarita, where I have my two homes. I have been an Orange County resident for over 10 years, and know the county well. I also resided in Los Angeles County for 45 plus years. On my free days, I like nothing better than hopping in the car and exploring new areas.<br />Exploring beautiful homes, meeting new people, engaging in what for many is one of the largest transactions of their lives - a career in real estate has it all. It is a rewarding calling, and it has provided me with the opportunity to continually learn and grow. I love it.<br /><br />
