Michelle Higgins is a real estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Journey, serving the Northwest Arkansas area. Living in NWA has always been a dream for her and her husband, Craig. Eight years ago, they made that dream a reality by purchasing a home on Beaver Lake. They love Northwest Arkansas and all it has to offer.
With 30 years of experience as a teacher, Michelle has transitioned into real estate. She finds the two professions surprisingly similar, as both require getting to know clients, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve their goals. Her lifelong passion for these careers stems from the interesting and wonderful people she has met along the way.
Michelle is dedicated to ensuring her clients have the best experience when buying or selling a home. She enjoys guiding them through the lending process, home inspections, surveying, environmental issues, and various other aspects of real estate.
When she’s not assisting clients with their real estate needs, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends on Beaver Lake and volunteering at the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
