Michelle Estep joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Vancouver office in 2012, bringing more than 10 years of experience working in the property management field in Southwest Washington.
Prior to joining NAI NBS, Michelle was a Property Manager with Coldwell Banker Commercial of Vancouver, where she managed a portfolio of primarily retail properties, as well as industrial and office. Her many years spent managing property in the Vancouver area have provided her with comprehensive knowledge of the market, and expertise in areas such as accounting and triple-net leases.
Michelle’s property management expertise led her to be recognized by Coldwell Banker Commercial with a number of honors, including being a member of the Bronze Circle of Distinction from 2008 through 2011, and a Top Producer multiple times.
